Voting Canceled
The voting on the new currency has been canceled on the 4th of April. Apparently, the name of Simoleans will still exist until a new name is chosen. Don’t forget to keep suggesting names on the stratics boards.

This cancellation of the voting on a new name for “simoleans” started me thinking that the game was headed for the dumpster. I began to wonder how they could just throw their arms up and quit a project after starting it. It seems to me that they had made a decision to close the game at this point. Why bother with a new name… just close the game and forget the whole thing. The devs made themselves scarce after this point also. It all adds up.
